The shower looked good but the open door was impractical.

The location is great. Staff was very kind and welcoming. We requested two access cards/room and they prepared the second card very fast. The room was clean, with comfortable beds, and a nice bathroom. The breakfast was also very good! We had the option to get it in our room or at the nearby small restaurant on their patio (outdoors), close to the White Tower, with a beautiful view. We chose the latter. It was excellent! We also had luck with the parking spot which we found on the main street nearby (next to the "Thessaloniki Officers' Club"). We only stayed one night, so parking there was very convenient (especially if you arrive late in the afternoon, as there is no fee after 21:00 or during the night).

Just a heads up for the guests that own an EV: The parking that the hotel collaborates with does not allow EVs to be parked there... Apparently, some Greek places still have the absurd obsession that electric vehicles might be more dangerous than regular ICE vehicles (that run on petrol) and would somehow increase the risk of catching fire (or even explode), even though it is absolutely false! LOL Because of this, the administrator of that parking lot (probably an underground parking?) said he was not going to allow our Tesla in their parking, as if it was putting their parking lot in danger or something. Moronic to say the least. It seems misconceptions and misinformation about EVs still dominate the minds of many in Greece. The good news is that there are many places to park on the streets too, so you probably won't even need that parking lot at all. And in some cases, parking on the street will even be cheaper than paying at such a parking lot anyway.

Location is truly excellent. Just off the White Tower and close to the coast and main attractions. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. Staff is very helpful with the car parking.

Breakfast is served in a nearby caffe and obviously outsourced by the hotel. The options are somewhat limited. Some designer choices in the room could have been better, like an overly small metal plate instead of a nightstand. No stand for the suitcase, so it lies on the floor. Loosely secured safe box that anyone could take away. Bathroom lacks some more towel hooks, a toothbrush cup and a place to put your toiletries.
