Atendimento. Todos os funcionários foram incríveis e atenciosos. Desde nossa chegada, na portaria, recepção, concierge que além de nos receber, mostrou a pousada toda, ficou 100% a disposição para ajudar com passeios, chamavam taxi, reservavam os restaurantes e dicas de praias a visitar. No restaurante tanto no café quanto no jantar os funcionários foram nota mil. Tivemos dificuldade com a TV do quarto, mandei um whatsapp e imediatamente um funcionário foi ao quarto resolver. Além disso, a pousada é dentro do quadrado. Melhor localização impossível. A piscina é uma delicia, quentinha, ficavamos até anoitecer no pós praia. Enfim, não tem um defeito.

A pousada é linda, bem pensada e tem uma localização excelente, no coração do Quadrado. Ainda assim, e apesar de todo o capricho, o ponto alto da Capim Santo é o atendimento! A equipe é extremamente atenciosa e faz de tudo para que os hóspedes se sintam à vontade e bem atendidos. Deixo um especial agradecimento ao João (pelo auxílio com reservas e restaurantes) e ao Rafa, que não economizou esforços para que tívessemos a melhor experiência possível em Trancoso. Recomendo a visita!

Hi, the food is good and the room is comfortable.

The worst sleep nights that I have in my life. Above my room was a fruit tree that keep dropping fruits ALL NIGHT LONG during all my stay (4 nights). I told the staff about the issue and they didn't fix it until I checked-out, horrible nights, I needed to take pills to sleep and put some earbuds trying to avoid the scary noise but it even this didn't was enough to woke me up many times during the night.

The property has a beautiful tropical garden, lots of flowers and green. The location is excellent, right next to the square with restaurants and local food stalls. The view of the ocean is beautiful during the day, but also beautiful during the full moon. The 2 bedroom house was very spacious.

The 2 bedroom house we stayed in has seen better days. The wooden balcony had loose planks, our roof over the bedroom leaked during the rain, in the living area the roof also leaked. The management could have better information in the room in English, most information is in Portuguese. They should inform the guests not to leave closing dry on the balcony as there are monkeys that visit the balcony. I lost 2 pieces of clothing. I don’t blame the monkeys, as it is their habitat. Just put a sign in the accommodation to be careful with laundry, as there are monkeys. In the restaurant we ordered a fish dish. It was fresh and very nicely presented, but the fish was a bit overcooked. I finished the dish, but told the waiter that the fish was overcooked. He started to argue that it was the way the chef cooks the fish. All I wanted to do was give some input, not have an argument. I asked for the bill and paid. No hard feelings. All in all the accommodation needs a bit of maintenance.
