Since I arrived too early for check-in, I must give credit to the concierge for looking after my luggage while I went out exploring, and for bringing everything to my room once it was ready.
The hotel is located close to the subway, making it easy to travel around the city. The room, while small, was comfortable, and the bed was pleasant enough to sleep on.
And yes, having my own washing machine in the room allowed me to wash my clothes if necessary - a must-do if you're travelling with a limited wardrobe in summer.
No real complaints from me.

Super good location, next to the fish market and subway station East Ginza.
Everything is equipped including the washing machine and microwave, very convenient.
Nothing really but small room, which is understandable in Tokyo.
