Gym should open at 5am for those who need to stay at 7 at work. A bit of fresh air (not recycled) inside the rooms would be welcome

The hotel was clean.

Staff could be more welcoming-helpful. Breakfast could be improved, coffee was not hot, cereal was stale, dispenser too long.

The room was spacious enough and had plenty of space to work comfortably. The towels were clean.

I was placed on a floor where there was a group of very noisy young people who were screaming and running through the corridors for most of the evening and night. As a business traveler, which was clearly stated in my booking reservation, I was hoping for a quieter environment. The toilet flush was not working properly, and the shower cabin was in poor condition. The sink faucet pressure was extremely strong, so every time I turned on the water, it splashed everywhere. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was also not working during my stay.
