Staffs are great, location is good, they are speaking good English and trying help you in every single issue.
Bogota is cold city but there is no heating things in the room and breakfast could improve

The staff is the best, very helpful and professional. Loved the breakfast, local fruits and natural juice, eggs any way you want them and extras like arepas, sandwiches and more. The place is super clean and they are ready to help in any way you need. Very comfy beds, they even have additional pillows if needed.
Rooms are a bit hot and had to keep windows open, and then had to tolerate the street noise. Bathrooms are a bit old.

the location was good near to restaurants
we found a manager calling out one of the members of the staff because of parking, we weren’t able to park because that manager felt we shouldn’t, the treatment she gave to her staff was very poor. for us how a manager treats a employee says a lot a bout the quality of the place
