Amazing stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we were even able to check in very early. The location is perfect — everything is within walking distance, yet the room was very quiet. Our room was also very clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again!

Stanza non troppo spaziosa ma pulita, posizione comoda per visitare la città. Ho potuto lasciare i bagagli per qualche ora dopo il check-out.
La colazione costa 9 euro ed è gestita da un locale esterno a circa 100m dall'hotel, il cibo è abbondante ma l'informazione che le bevande sono escluse non è stata comunicata dallo staff.

It was in the heart of the city right next to the old city and all the shops and restaurants. Novo Sarajevo was a 40 minute walk or a 15 minute ride with the bus. The room was clean and the staff were very polite and helpful.
The most problematic thing for me was how thin the walls were. I could hear absolutely anything from my neighbours to the guy at the reception and I was the furthest room from it. As a result I slept very poorly. Also even though the property is at the center of the city it’s located on a very ugly street with nothing to see. It was also very small and kind of claustrophobic with very small windows that let little light in.
