This is a wonderful hotel in an excellent location. It is located near the Old Town, shopping, and numerous restaurants. The staff is warm and welcoming, daily room service was efficient, and my room was spotless.
Because I was on a working vacation, I chose a suite, and the room had dining and living space, as well as an excellent work area with multiple outlets nearby. It was easy to keep my electronic equipment charged.
Sarajevo was a fascinating city and I hope to visit it again. When I do, I would definitely stay at this hotel.
I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, but I wish the hot foods were kept hotter.

The Hotel, as the name implies, is close to many sights, and is literally next to the Old Town. There are many great restaurants nearby, including BarSa and Tapas Bar and Restaurant.
There was a variety of hot and cold items on the breakfast buffet. The staff that we dealt with were awesome, especially Diana and Ivan, who were very helpful. They were awesome!
