Boardinghouse HOME - adults only -

Very nice room, walking distance to city center.

Price

New, centrally based , easy to find and access . Parking available in the underground parking facility of the same building.

Price of accommodation was over average, not cheep , but I was ready to pay it. I didn’t like the expense charged for parking in the same building in the same range as charged in public parking which we used during our stay . U would accept obviously symbolic price to cover expenses with administration . Also communication from provider was lengthy and well translated and not easily to understand.

Location, cleanliness, its also quiet, and easy to check in and all

Everything was good. Just that I thought there would be a stove which is my fault but also the pictures show that its a microwave with oven but then I only found a microwave which was unexpected

- Internet speed was decent on some devices - Location was beautiful and pretty quiet. - Room decorations and lights were nice. - Personal safe (Not used but like the idea) - Easy self checkin - Balcony, shades etc

Cons - Shower handle sticks, too hot or too cold, hard to get desired temperature - Shower door inconvenient to close, have to remove shower head, fold door, then reattach. - Cold water pressure lowers as others use toilets/showers, noticeably increasing the shower temperature. - Hall to bathroom hard to navigate while others using Kitchenette. - Kitchenette door easy to run into from bedroom. - Internet connection was bad for some devices. - Washer/drier machines require special coins bought from the lobby that were not available or too difficult to find. Overall 3/5, price too high for the level of polish compared to other experiences (for less cost.) On top of that: You can be fined if dishes are not cleaned and dried. Unexpected tourism fees, "climate neutral"? fees. Felt hostile.
