Hapimag Sea Garden Resort

Everything was perfect. The nature is amazing, the water crystal clear, beach is lovely, food is amazing and beach bar is perfect.

There are stones when entering the sea, you need slippers. The room bathrooms are modern and clean however there is no full body door to close the bathroom, there is a sort of see thru door which doesn’t give you privacy when doing number two :)

Everything were great 👍 We are appreciate to each and every single staff of Hapimag Sea Garden Resort, who did our vacation time memorable 😀 Menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner- exceptional, great selections of the salad bar, season fruits, desert. Very warmly welcome stuff at the restaurant

The complimentary dinner was really disappointed. Menu must be improved a lot, or offer second menu for this restaurant, just to have an alternative to have complimentary or regular pay dinner, but good one. We refuse to have complimentary, in the Laguna restaurant , daily , better offer than it was in the Muhsin restaurant . After we took dinner from the regular restaurant menu, with the payment. And we been glad. Completely different!! Thanks

Location, beach with different types of entering into the water

Service was bad, reception gave us wrong room (despite the fact that I had clarified it right away, in advance). I’ve paid additional for sea view but at first they gave us room far from sea without any view. Than they gave us wrong info about where we can get beach towels Hot water in restaurant was always dirty with some small black pieces of iron or old tea. Waiters mostly didn’t speak English, not very attentive, we shout wait for a long time and sometimes they didn’t even bring what we have ordered. Often in the middle of the food time there was luck of food and they didn’t bring new if you didn’t ask. Dangerous chicken with blood, not enough prepared Facility is old. The beach loungers are terribly uncomfortable—hard and without any soft padding

The rooms, the setting and the restaurants were very nice. The beach on the holiday village side is very calm and it has a swimming lane as well. The beach on the hotel side is also very nice and spacious, however it gets wavy in the afternoon due the prevalent winds.

The beach on the holiday village is half empty at all times, however all the sun-beds are reserved with towels and there is no place to sit. We were there with small children who were playing in the water and the beach but we were not allowed to sit on the sun-beds. The hotel has a policy to remove towels from reserved sun beds, however this is not implemented, furthermore people who have reserved them can keep reserving them if they give a signature every two hours. We were very disappointed with the hotel’s unwillingness to protect families who are actively using the beach front and especially by the beach team members Onur Urgun and Baris Ozdemir who have asked us to move although the towel owners had given their signature more than two hours ago.
