Breakfast lounge was handy. Key pad entry made everything easy. Room was great value for money, The beds were very comfortable.
After third day we were only give one bath towel and three hand towels. Lack of reception meant we weren't able to speak to anyone until our 6th day when we were able to speak to the reception and ask for two bath towels but unfortunately we were still only given one so we had to use our beach towels to have a shower.

Tucked up a side street in the old Town. Easy stroll to the front. Basic breakfast but sufficient. We had a triple room which was better equipped than the double rooms. Nice shower.
No reception, you have to go to the Hotel Fleming down the road to get your key codes for room & main door. Poor checking in online service.

The room was basic but clean and the daily attendance was good.
Breakfast was basic but adequate (and predictable by day 7 :)
Good coffee bar just around the corner that also served excellent Rioja, and some excellent restaurants in Tapas Alley, at the Yacht club and leading from Mal Pas beach to the main street.
Play de Mal Pas beach is a must - quieter, cleaner and less crowded that Poniente or Levante.
Benidorm was a very pleasant surprise
There could have been more coat hangers.
They could consider offering beach towel rental for the week, as it was, we had to buy beach towels.
The bathroom was small such that it was a close encounter between your nose and the shower glass when sitting on the WC!
The published distance to the nearest beach, I recall was 350 yards - that is a stretch of the imagination! I would say more like 6-700 yards on an incline that might be difficult for some.

"Struttura con personale accogliente, camere nuove pulite e ben organizzate, Colazione molto buona e mai sfornita.
Posizione centrale tra Playa Levante e Playa Ponente, ma in una zona tranquilla.
