Location and staff very friendly and helpful. The view from the room was great. The free use of a kettle and cups was appreciated as well as the use of the safe. The new ramp into the hotel is great and such an improvement for those with disabilities.
The room we had, had no drawers to put your clothes in, just a wardrobe with about 5 hangers, which for two people is not sufficient. We had to live out off our suitcases which wasnt ideal. My advice is to re-inspect your rooms especially for storage space and supply suitable drawers to put clothes into.

Location was great, room clean & tidy. Shower nice. Free use of safe. Quiet as backed on to side street.
No balcony (as useful for hanging wet towels and costumes) Very limited storage. Eg no drawers or shelves.
