Property was well located.

The bed was the biggest drawback. The mattress was so saggy that’s one tender to roll out of bed on either side. The staff didn’t they’re very best, however the problem persisted.

It is a very authentic riad with beautiful interiors. A lovely oasis from the busy Medina.

The beds were too firm and uncomfortable. We got house keeping to put mattress toppers on the bed but it only made a slight difference.

Posizione fantastica, personale attento e gentile

The property is well situated for the medina & has a pay car park very close. It’s very beautiful & well kept .

However it lacks something! It seems to be resting on its laurels. Staff were a bit lack lustre in their interaction with us. Perhaps the manager was away? The food a breakfast was ok, but the breakfast room needs a rethink , it’s unnecessary crowded with furniture and lacks atmosphere. The food in the restaurant was the worst we have had in our 3 weeks in Morocco & the most expensive! It’s a set menu. The dining room had great views which they don’t make the most of & the roof terrace seemed abandoned & scruffy. There is a pool which in oct given its very shaded position was understandably cold but it would have been nice to have some loungers round it to relax on after a hot afternoon walking round the medina.
