Clean room
TV channels were horrible, no Netflix connection option, air conditioner wasn’t cold, no iron was provided and when requested they mentioned that the hotel doesn’t provide iron!!!
But our friends room had an iron and we had to go to their room to iron!!

The hotel is beautiful and worth the money. However location wise it wasn't accessible to the beach front ot talea 30mins to get there.

Really good hotel, perfect pool outside. Rich breakfast and nice staff. It was a hotel after extremly bad experience with accomodation in Patong, so it was like a miracle :)

The hotel is out of the way, but it has its advantages. It is well-maintained, breakfasts are quite poor but enough for us. The rooms with direct access to the pool are interesting (recommended).

we stayed with 3 children 3-9 years old. all
lived the pool. location is bit far from everything.
if you need quiet place and don’t want to roam around it is perfect. quiet, clean, rooms ar big enough.
Amenities in the room were bit poor. breakfast wasn’t great it is Ok but not great. fruit section wouldn’t ged refilled even though there is still half hour left and 10+ guests just started their breakfast.

We arrived late and checked out early the next morning, but everything was very smooth sailing. Nice, quirky room. Everything clean. Walking distance to the bus terminal (that's why we chose the hotel in the first place). The pool seemed really nice but we didn't have a chance to try it. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel either.

the facility was clean and it had comfortable beds. i stayed here because it was within walking distance from the bus terminal 2.
for me the location was perfect, but if you want to visit phuket town it is pretty far from the centre

I loved their swimming pool stunning and very clean. I loved the staff members. There was a middled aged Man we called him daddy he really made us feel at home. (Dad away from home). super awesome staff members.
breakfast is as more Thai breakfast, they like rice and salads which was a bit heavy for me. all I could eat was slice of white bread and jam. on days there is no jam I eat white bread toast and butter.

Everybody is friendly, the room was very comfortable with a good view, the place, in general, is gorgeous, with plenty of space to walk your feet. The pool is quite big and we had a view of the pool from our room balcony. The breakfast was very good either.

Nice property, lovely staff. Room is also nice and clean. Water, slippers and other things are provided.
Far away from many things and breakfast didn’t have many vegetarian options.

it‘s located a little bit outside,
staff is friendly but doesnt speak english, so it‘s very difficult to communicate especially regarding food

Rooms where clean, a little worn out but ok for 2 days. location is not far away from the old town but also not very close.
had to stay there for the quarantine of one day, tv did not work and be careful the WiFi is not secured and Google warned us that the wifi got hacked…

The stay was oké. Matched the expectations and service. Not fully operational due to covid it seems, but the staff was nice, a big refreshing pool and good services such as the bike rental that was suggested by the hotel.
One staff member was not so friendly and gave us incorrect information, which was not convenient

The staff were fantastic and the rooms a good size.
The location was not good for tourism and because of covid the bar/restaurant closed at 8pm. The food was ok but missing many options, I suspect they ran down their food stocking because of reduced visitor numbers.

I love its location. I treveled to Phuket for work. After my meeting finished, I entered the room. The atmosphere made me so comfortable that I forget the time. That's great!!
