Consisting of a large living room with double sofa bed, smart TV, dining table, large bedroom with king size double bed, separate kitchen with everything needed for cooking, bathroom with shower RENOVATED IN JANUARY 2017, parquet floors.
Equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, free Wi-Fi connection.

The apartment overlooks a tree-lined street with little traffic, so it is very quiet and comfortable. There is also a small balcony that invites you to have an aperitif.
Our guests will find everything they need for a quick breakfast and a free bottle of Italian wine.

Located very close to Piazza Repubblica, it is a very short distance from both Via Montenapoleone and the new Milanese skyline. It is a lively area full of restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket under the house open 7/7
For those arriving from the MALPENSA LINATE or ORIO AL SERIO airports it is 5 minutes away. walk from the BUS TERMINAL of the Central Station
The apartment is in an absolutely strategic position, five minutes walk from the Central Station and ten min. walk from the Porta Garibaldi train station, the underground lines are a two minute walk away and the tram stops in front of the apartment, also very convenient for reaching the Cadorna station and the Navigli district.
The metro lines lead, among other things, directly to the center of the Duomo-Montenapoleone-via della Spiga area.
Corso Como and the Brera district can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Being close to the Porta Garibaldi bypass you can quickly reach the new Rho – Milan Fair.
In the area there are also 4 car sharing stations and, under the house, bike sharing.

Riccardo couldn’t have been a more supportive host. He met us at Milano Centrale and we walked together to the apartment. The location was great and the apartment was well set up and comfortable. There had been some adjustments required to the heating system and Riccardo attended to these promptly and efficiently. The only problem for our family was that the trams passing below on the street were quite noisy and intrusive at night. This unfortunately affected sleep.

A quick walk away to the train, metro station. Made it so convenient to move around in Milan. The apartment is clean, safe, inviting and has all the accommodations needed. Grocery store steps away. This is a great place to stay when staying in Milan.

This property had everything we needed and was perfectly situated for exploring Milan. After said exploring, it was a pleasure the property’s modern comforts and gorgeous antiquities. Riccardo was a terrific host!

We were in Ravenna for only three nights, and this was the perfect spot; close to the train station and also close to all the sites we wanted to see. The host met us at the apartment at our schedule time and check-in was very easy. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, but we always had breakfast at home… the sofa in the main room is very comfortable as was the bed. Shower was great.

The location was amazing, so close to central trains station and not far from LIN airport. Felt safe and lots of good spots to eat! Host was very responsive and even stayed late due to our severely delayed flight to let us in and show us all the features.

Great apartment, very close to the train station, market and many restaurants. Riccardo is a super host. Very helpful, nice to speak with and generous with his time. The only negative point, is that the street is noisy because of the tram.

It was just wonderful to be able walk to and from the train station. Mini-mart right next door and the luxury of a washing machine! Very well appointed and cozy apartment. We would definitely stay again!

The apartment was just the right size and location for us. It is close to the central train station. Owner Riccardo met us at the apartment, explained how everything worked, and quickly responded to questions we had. We would gladly stay here again.

This apartment was in a very eclectic neighborhood with a mix of residential, commercial and retail establishments. It was as advertised, very clean and very functional. There were about 20 restaurants of all flavors within a few blocks walking distance. It was only a few blocks from the train station which eliminated the need for a taxi. I would stay there again without any reservations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property which is perfectly located for exploring Milan. We were met by Riccardo at the train station and he was extremely helpful explaining the nuances of the apartment. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Thank you Riccardo and Alessandra for taking care of our request regarding minimizing scented products in the apartment. Overall we had great experience and we enjoyed our visit to Milan.

Fantastic place to experience Milan
The property was within easy walking distance to Milano Centrale, even with luggage! The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Riccardo met us at the train station and explained everything to us and he had wonderful restaurant recommendations! Our stay was wonderful. Would recommend this property to anyone!

Strategically located, helpful host
Riccardo's place is very central. Walking distance to Milan central and Republicca metro stations; trams are just in front of the apartment building. A supermarket is also just downstairs. Riccardo's place is clean and well designed. Riccardo is very helpful and nice. He welcomed us in his apartment and show us everything in the apartment. He also recommended some beautiful places to visit and a great restaurant.

Great apartment
This apartment is very nice. The location is excellent just 3 minutes walk from the Central train station but an easy walk to the rest of the sites in Milan. It is also really close to the metro which we used a few times.
The owner was great to communicate with and responded quickly. He also offered to meet us at the train station and show us where the apartment is located.
The apartment is clean and the bathroom is great with good water pressure. The master bed is comfortable but we did not use the hide a bed so we cannot comment on that.
Our only small issue was with the air conditioning. It is a portable unit and it needed to vent outside. To do this you have to leave a balcony door open about 8 inches to run the vent outside, so you are not able to use the AC at night if you want to close the balcony door. We chose to close the balcony door as there are mosquitoes that would come into the apartment.
All in all this is a nice place.

Apartment was convenient for metro and train use. Layout of rooms worked well for our group of a married couple and a single adult (granddaughter). Met by host, who provided good instructions about apartment and guidance on area, such as restaurants etc. very helpful to be met on site.

Beautiful appartment you feel at home.
Riccardo was very helpful my family and I were grateful. He picked us up from the airport, prepared delicious Italian coffee, gave recommendations for restaurants nearby, such as using the train, was always answering during the eight days we were in Milan, the train station 4 minutes walking a super safe neighborhood and almost everything has Very central near, the most important part that I like is the cleanliness of the apartment, a nice apartment to return and I will recommend it to my friends in the USA who want to travel to Milan. Excellent location near Central Station
Ricardo was amazing, meeting us at the station and getting us settled in the apartment. Very nice options for dining and grocery shopping nearby. Tram and train worked out great for all our side trips. We would definitely stay there again.

It was perfect, very close to the train station, within walking distance to everything in Milan. We walked all over we could of took a bus, taxi or tram. But just really enjoyed walking and looking. I really couldn't ask for a better host he went out of his way to pick us up when we got there very late and couldn't get a ride. The area is safe and the apartment is very nice. We would stay there again and will be recommending it to anybody going to be staying in Milan.

Amazing property!
We stayed here for about a week. The apartment was very nice, very clean, and spacious. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony every morning. Great location, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, and the apartment had beautiful views. Riccardo was an extremely pleasant and helpful host, and even picked us up from the train station. This was our first time in Milan, and our stay here made it feel like home already. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great neighborhood close to Milano Centrale
We were greeted at the station by Riccardo. The apartment is clean, very modern and updated, well-kept, and equipped for living; and is in a nice, older building. It is on a tram line, but I personally like that and the frequency of trams decreases away from rush hour. With windows closed it was just background city sound - neighbors are quiet and stout, old building provides soundproofing too. Riccardo provided restaurant recommendations that were good, and he is very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again when in Milan!

Wonderful stay!
I had a wonderful stay at Riccardo's place. It was very clean and comfortable, in a safe and charming neighborhood very close to the Central Station. Riccardo met me at the station and walked me to the apartment, which was so kind of him. The metro station is right next to the train station, and there is a trolley stop right outside the apartment, Everything was easy to get to and I can not say enough good things about my stay here! Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful, and such a wonderful place to stay during my trip to Milan!

Beautiful modern apartment in a central location.
Riccardo was a great host and a great communicator. Riccardo welcomed us at Milan Central station and took us to the apartment which was only a few minutes walk away. The apartment is in a very central location with very good transport links to all parts of the city and is very clean, modern and secure. Supermarket, cafes and very good restaurants all close by. We would thoroughly recommend this property for your stay in Milan.

This beautiful apartment is right near the Milano Centrale Train Station so it's very walkable to the station. There are many restaurants in the area and transportation is everywhere. With the doors shut the apartment is nice and quiet. It is quaint yet modern. I would definitely stay here again.

Super clean apt walking distance to Milano Centrale
I rarely take the time to write reviews but this is absolutely the cleanest apt I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. And the location is minutes to Centrale station. Well equipped with all essentials in a quiet safe neighborhood. Good dining options and bars. Very hospitable owner who even picked us up from the airport. Thank you Ricardo!!! We will be back.
