Almera Park Apart Hotel

Fint og greit hotell. Rommene var rene, litt for harde senger, og terrassen var i minste laget, samt at stolene der var vonde å sitte i. Ellers var alt veldig greit. Hyggelige ansatte som ordnet opp om noe oppsto. Det ligger en moské like ved, så man må tåle litt lyd, men utover det var det stille og rolig. Vi lå i bygning A med utsikt til bassenget. Hotellet har samarbeid med to strender, der man kan betale for seng og parasoll (500 lire for 2), og da får man gratis skyss dit. Vi var noen ganger på den nærmeste, også der var det god service. Alt i alt veldig fornøyd med oppholdet, reiser gjerne igjen.

Harde senger og ukomfortable stoler på terrasse. Litt ubehagelig lukt enkelte steder ved bassenget.

Stayed in annex for 10days, found all facilities were good with food ordered from staff & delivered to annex from main hotel which has restaurant too. Choice of both pools in annex & main building. Good location, near town centre walking 15/20 minutes or regular bus. Would recommend . 5 minutes to beach.

Litt lukt på badet

The management were very helpful and made genuine efforts to resolve the problems I experienced during my stay. Once I was moved to the third room, it was perfect and I had no further issues. The bar staff were absolutely phenomenal. They were so kind, friendly and attentive throughout my stay and were definitely the best part of my experience at the hotel. I cannot commend them enough.

Unfortunately, I experienced several issues with the rooms during my stay. The bed in my first room was broken, meaning I got virtually no sleep on my first night. I was then moved to a second room, but the air conditioning was also broken and there was no hot water. I was eventually moved to a third room, which was perfect, but it was disappointing that it took three rooms before I could have a comfortable stay. I was also very unhappy with the way I was treated by the housekeeping manager after I raised my complaints. I found her behaviour towards me extremely rude and uncomfortable. On several occasions, when she saw me, she would speak about me to colleagues while I was nearby. I found this very unprofessional and upsetting, particularly as I was in an unfamiliar place and was simply trying to enjoy my stay. I was actually willing to put the problems with the rooms behind me once they had been resolved, as I understand that things can go wrong. Unfortunately, the way I was treated afterwards made the rest of my stay much less pleasant than it should have been.
