It was a good location
Rubber in the shower gone bad so didnt hold the water,thus, flood was in the bathroom
Told it to the receptionist while check out, advises me to fix it

The staff is nice and friendly, the location is good! The breakfast is great, and you just need to walk 10-15 minutes to old town!
My room's wifi works not really well, only the sofa area could have better connection, other area (bed or table with chair) cannot have good connection. The staff is kind to help but it seems the wifi signal is not good at the some parts of the room.

A great hotel in the centre of Lviv with secure underground parking. The biggest asset of the hotel is its staff — very friendly, helpful, and responsive, with excellent and fast communication.

The location was extremely central, the room was very comfortable, water pressure in the shower. It’s fabulous and the staff were super friendly and helpful. When my taxi to the border fell through last minute, they helped me organize another one.
