Extremely well located flat with breathtaking views of the city. The use of the 2 terraces is fantastic. Kitchen and the flat in general are quite well-supplied. It is perfect for 1 or 2 people.

We didn’t mind but there are lots of stairs going up and then inside the flat too, especially between the bedroom and bathroom, and from the terrace to flat, which might be an issue for certain people, and quite dangerous if not careful. The kitchen high table is quite small due to a lack of space. There is no other place to relax inside the flat (no couch/ low chairs) or work (on a desk or a proper table). The kitchen drawers weren’t perfectly clean on arrival and wifi wasn’t working but the owner was quite responsive and sent someone to help. The owner could have been friendlier but her assistant was kind and helpful.

Location ideal - it's a busy street but you can't hear too much from so high up. The 2 terraces were fantastic, we used both every day. The host was very kind as we left an adaptor which they are posting for us. We'll definitely stay again if back in Bologna.

Great location, very spacious and 2 amazing terraces with fabulous views. This is really what you are paying for.

Could do with updating, the bathroom is functional but old. The oven was dirty and the fridge door wouldn’t close properly. No plug for the sink. The air con didn’t work in the bedroom until we bought new batteries. The clock needs new batteries too as that wasn’t working either. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as access is up a spiral staircase. There should be towels provided to use the sun loungers. For the price I would expect the facilities to be of a better standard.

Excellent location and fantastic views from the terrace

A bit shabby, could do with an upgrade and professional decorating. Nowhere comfortable to sit other than on the bed. Fridge door doesn’t close properly and the wine fridge didn’t work at all. Anyone with mobility issues will struggle with the very tight cast iron spiral staircase
