Good location and managed to get parked outside which was a bonus.
Room was a bit on the small side although the bathroom was huge!

Hornblower room - Very nice room and a good size - bed was very comfortable - Nice large towels - However, I can imagine the metal outside staircase could be a bit dangerous in the winter - The staff did warn us about it, saying that even they don't like to use it!
Found some "small and curly" hairs in the shower tray when we arrived.
We had the cooked breakfast which was disappointing - We booked it for 09:00, and it did not come out until 09:20 - Nice sausage, however the bacon was dry, the poached egg was overcooked and the portion of beans was ridiculously small, which made the whole thing a little dry.
The lady serving breakfast was not very attentive - I had to let her know we were waiting before bringing the tea and I had to ask her to refill the orange juice

We have stayed at the Old Cannon Brewery 3 times previously.
Checking in was fine and luckily, we parked outside as parking can be an issue!
Breakfast was included and was very good!
Bed was very comfy and shower was good.
Unfortunately, we were in Room 1 which is street level. The room has cobwebs and shower a bit of mould but the biggest issue is noise as the room has no air con, we had to have the window open and were disturbed through the night by passing revellers!! Unlucky with the room i guess as the previous stays were fine.
