Lovely spacious room, conveniently located near the best bazar in Kazakhstan. Great breakfast with coffee on request. Recommendation: a bit further up the road towards the bazar just before the underpass, there’s a marvellous bakery that live baked nans in a tandyr.
Sadly the mattress was quite hard. Not the most comfortable.

We liked this hotel as the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, nice and clean with excellent lighting with hot shower and very quiet. The breakfast was very good as it was plentiful and varied. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.
Nothing to dislike
