The room was well equiped (AC + fan). The location was well situated and not too noisy. Staff was great. deposit is only 400 bahts and you have a small parking spot in front for a rental scooter.
The bed had wheels so it would move quite a lot.

We had a great stay at this property. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring Chiang Mai Old Town on foot. The room was lovely and comfortable.
Given the high humidity, it would be helpful to have a hairdryer available in the room.

Strategic location, it’s near everything I needed like 7E and Boots. Room is decent, literally you get what you pay and I’m happy with it :) Staff were friendly and helpful.
Nothing in particular.

Location was excellent. Very good for the price.
Did room inspections at the end of the stay when we were trying to leave. Took a while whilst we were rushing. Took deposit for keys and then gave us wrong amount back- he rectified this when we told him.
