Costruito nel 2013, questo appartamento nel centro della città è una meravigliosa combinazione di luminoso, moderno e spazioso situato nel cuore di una delle città medievali più belle del Regno Unito. Ben arredato, decorato con gusto e magnificamente arredato, questo gioiello di un appartamento è dotato di un proprio parcheggio fuori strada proprio davanti alla porta d'ingresso.
Ognuna delle due camere da letto ha un comodo letto matrimoniale, cassettiera, comodini e TV - la camera da letto principale ha il proprio bagno privato con wc, lavabo e doccia multigetto. La seconda camera da letto ha un grande armadio a muro e completamente a specchio con tutto lo spazio per appendere che si può desiderare per le vacanze.
C'è un ampio bagno familiare con wc, lavabo e vasca con attacco doccia (vedi foto) - entrambi i bagni hanno anche grandi portasciugamani riscaldati.
Il salone è spazioso e arioso con finestre di lunghezza al piano, ha un divano e una poltrona molto comodi per 4 persone e un grande tavolo da pranzo con 6 posti a sedere. Un HDTV da 40 "è collegato sia al lettore Sky che Blu-Ray, che riprodurrà anche CD musicali.
La cucina, che conduce fuori dal salone, è ben attrezzata con elettrodomestici moderni tra cui un forno ventilato, piano cottura in vetroceramica a 4 fuochi, cappa aspirante, forno a microonde, tostapane e - per gli amanti del caffè come noi - una macchina da caffè Nespresso, completa di una fornitura di baccelli. Per completare l'attrezzatura, c'è una lavatrice-asciugatrice e un frigorifero-congelatore di dimensioni standard che si trova accanto a una finestra di lunghezza del pavimento, inondando la cucina di luce.
Il Wi-Fi a banda larga (BT Infinity) è incluso nel noleggio, così come le chiamate telefoniche fisse verso 65 paesi e le chiamate mobili verso 8 (inclusi Stati Uniti, Canada, Cina, Hong Kong e Singapore) - così gli ospiti possono facilmente condividere le loro esperienze di vacanza con amici e famiglia a casa!

Salisbury flat is wondeful
This was our favorite rental of our 2 week UK vacation. This flat was so convenient to the train station, right on a bus line, and very walkable to downtown. Salisbury is a great town, very pretty with lots to do and see.
The welcome package was wonderful, with wine and other drinks. The layout of the flat was very convenient. It also had 2 bathrooms, which was great for 4 people.
Had no trouble with check in or checkout. Our host was very helpful with directions and communications. Would definitely recommend this rental, especially if you are traveling without a car, using rail or bus. Also if you are going to visit the Salisbury cathedral or Stonehenge.

Lovely apartment
My husband, myself and daughter stayed here for 4 nights, it was lovely and clean and had some little extras left for us. Parking was a bonus. All the info received was very clear and the apartment was well situated within easy walking distance to the centre.

convenient location but very noisy
Very clean with comfortable beds. The ensuite was a bonus .Very handily placed for public transport , supermarkets and the town centre. Washer/dryer was efficient. Advertised as having tv in bedrooms but only one which did not work. No telephone as advertised. Minimal cooking equipment - no containers for use in microwave.
The bedrooms are only a few metres from the railway line so very noisy late into the night and early morning. The boiler is in one bedroom and fires up constantly through the night. Apartment living room overlooks parking space and a lot of coming and going as well as slammed doors from other flat owners, Not a place to choose if you want a relaxing space at the end of a day of sightseeing. Probably it would suit younger people better .

Clean, quiet, central location
Wonderfully located with off-street parking, the apartment is clean and quiet. An easy walk to all of Salisbury, plus close to the train station if arriving from London as we did, before collecting our hire car. The apartment is cosy in winter and the Nespresso machine is a great addition. Thank you Siubhan!

A superb location with a flat, easy walk to city centre, clean, comfy and great value.
As now regulars to stay here....that should say it all! All you'd expect from an apartment. No noise from neighbours, a secure building and the trains don't bother us at all. Lift access to all floors helps too if needed.

Great apartment
Perfect apartment for our family trip, location is central to Salisbury. Very clean, we stayed for 4 weeks and the apartment was regularly freshened up. The home essentials provided such as extra towels/linens, kitchen utensils & a coffee machine were an added bonus. Communication between the owner was quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and Modern; Great Location
This is a very clean and well kept modern apartment in a modern building. The location couldn't be better if you're schlepping heavy bags from the train station--it's less than five minutes on foot. Then you're about a five-minute walk to the town center with loads of shopping, drinking and dining. The cathedral is about ten minutes away.
The apartment itself, like I said, clean and well maintained. The furniture is in good condition, the linens are fresh and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen has modern appliances and a large fridge/freezer. We arrived after a week in the UK, so the combo washer/dryer was just in time. The Nespresso machine with the complimentary pods were great too.
We were a little worried with the train tracks outside the back window. But whoever built this building did it right. If I didn't happen to be looking out the window at a train passing, I didn't notice the sound at all.
Finally, communication was quick and courteous. There's even a binder with instructions for how to use everything waiting for you on the dining table.

Convenient home away from home
I have stayed at this property multiple times. The property owner is very responsive to questions and has made accessing the flat uncomplicated and easy. It is located close to the train station, markets, shops, museums and the Cathedral. It has both stairs and an elevator.

Property well situated to Salisbury centre easy access to many of the shops and restaurants . Property was lovely throughout .. felt spacious and home away from home feel.. relaxing environment minimal noise from outside . Would happily come back again ..

Overall, a good experience and the flat is well situated. Only complaint is that we would have preferred a queen sized bed.

Very nice flat, very convenient to Salisbury
For two couples this two bed/two bath apartment was very convenient to Salisbury. We parked our car at the spot provided and walked everywhere. The apartment itself was well furnished and starter items (coffee makings, sugar, creamer, oil, soap/shampoo, etc) were provided. A Sainsbury grocery was about a four block walk and provided everything else. We were happy with our decision to stay here.

Modern and comfortable
We are a family with 2 young boys. Very pleased with our stay here. Instructions and directions were excellent throughout, flat exactly as described with some store cupboard items supplied including a nespresso machine and excellent parking facilities.
Extremely convenient for the centre of town and railway station - though this also meant there was some minor noise from trains nearby though this didn't bother us at all.

Excellently situated modern apartment.
The flat was very clean, quiet and comfortable and ideally situated very close to rail station, bus stop and easy walk to city centre. Having a designated parking space is a real bonus in Salisbury but a car is not essential. Lots of varied eating places very close-by but for self-catering in the flat the kitchen utensils provided could be improved.

Central location - close to train station and centre of town. Modern, clean and well appointed - a vegetable peeler would be the only extra addition to the kitchen recommended. Appreciated the drinks in the fridge on arrival.

The house was clean and comfortable and in the heart of town - walking distance to cathedral and great shopping.

Our overall impression was very positive.
The two bedroom apartment was quite comfortable, and it’s location in downtown Salisbury made the central area easily accessible to walkers. We did not rent a car but were able to walk or bus everywhere we wanted to visit, like Stonehenge and Avebury and Bath.
Mr. and Mrs. Litherland, the homeowners, were very helpful and prompt in following up to be sure we had everything we needed.

The apartment was very comfortable and well appointed. We left the car parked for most of our stay and visited the city on foot.
