A spacious room. We had a sea-view room on the 5th floor—a beautiful panorama. It was clean, and the hot water supply was excellent. Breakfast and dinner were buffet-style, with a varied and delicious selection of food. Wine was also served at dinner. A great location for mountain excursions. Parking is spacious and for free. The beach is 3min walk. We really enjoyed it!

Our stay was from September 5th to September 11th. Overall, there were some positive aspects, such as the breakfast, which was varied, the meals, which were also good, and the cleanliness of the hotel. However, the room and, above all, the noise made our experience very disappointing. We were given a room right next to the bar. Every evening, approximately from 9:00 p.m. until midnight, we had to endure extremely loud noise: beer barrels being dragged around, glass bottles being thrown into the bins, and a lot of activity. It was very stressful and made it difficult for us to sleep properly throughout our stay. What was most disappointing was that we complained several times, but no real solution was offered. It was only on the night before our departure that we were offered a different room, which was far too late for us. A room located directly next to the bar should not be assigned to guests who expect to rest. At the very least, guests should be clearly informed before booking that there will be significant noise during certain hours, so they can decide whether this is acceptable for them. When I spoke to the manager about the situation, she told me that because of the rate we had paid, there was not much that could be done. We found this response very disappointing, especially considering that we paid almost €1,500 for our stay. The price paid should not determine whether a guest has the right to complain about a problem that directly affects their sleep and comfort. Another disappointing detail was the bar service. We ordered Ballantine’s whisky, but it was served in plastic glasses. We asked for glass glasses instead, but our request was refused. For a 4-star hotel, we expected a level of service more in line with its category. Regarding the room itself, our experience was very negative: the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and the television did not work.
