Residenza Ave Roma

This property was very quiet, small and in a GREAT location. Staff were great.

Everything was great. Minor on my part. The front wasn’t immediately obvious like a typical hotel. It looked like a private residence. So I wasn’t sure I had arrived. Someone broke the key in the key hole and I was a bit stressed on how to get in. There was a phone number to call that unlocked the door. Good thing my husband had phone service. I only had data. All was fantastic otherwise and we will definitely be coming again.

The welcome was lovely, Antiono spoiled us with champagne and chocolates as a honeymoon surprise. The room was very quiet and we were able to sleep with the window open. (There was AC but we chose not to use it). The bed was firm aghast the hotel had some lovely original touches including fabric wallpaper. The mini breakfast croissants were yummy and there was a kettle in the kitchen if you wanted drinks after breakfast. Great location for walking to the main sights and less than 10mins walk from the airport bus. Clean.

Posizione , la gentilezza del personale e che hanno accettato di tenerci bagagli nel giorno di partenza.

Le camere sono un pochino vechiote, sarebbe da migliorare un pochino.

The staff are nice and the location is goods.

I have a few points. The AC need the filters clean as soon as possible, something simple that will make the stay a lot more pleasant. It has a lot of decoration that gathers rust, I guess it make it difficult to keep cleaner, I would recommend reducing it to keep it cleaner. The breakfast is poor, just adding eggs and some fruits would make it fair.
