Beautiful historic building in a lovely part of Suffolk. Staff invariably friendly and welcoming, rooms comfortable and clean, great food and drink. Good local amenities, and set in a lovely town.

Breakfast - plenty to choose from, all fresh, very nice and the staff are always pleasant and helful
We had to run the hot water quite a long time before we could have a shower - but it wasn't an issue
