Nothing. We did not eat. We were going to get a cocktail at 8:30pm but so noisy with families.

Noise was awful. Kids banging on doors next to us. Paper thin walls. Very hot hotel.

Breakfast was not included and way overpriced at 15 PP on top of room rate of 200.

Poor service . It's like they want you to do all the work and serve yourself. Directed to vending machine in the bar just to get crisps/nuts.

Location easy to get to. Room good size and clean.Staff friendly and helpful. Didn't have breakfast.

Room above us very noisy until late sounding like children running around.No bottled water in room which would have been nice.

I bit expensive but was comfortable

The swimming pool was enjoyable but we had to ask reception for robes which they said they don't supply to then call again and be told they are sending up robes and slippers...when they arrived one had a tag on it saying maldon hotel in donegal and the other one was very tattered and had loose strings coming out of it everywhere, we then had to walk through the lobby to access the swimming facilities.

Service wasn't great at all, was hard to even get an answer at reception from staff facilities

Room was not clean. And we booked a suite witch cost extra. Spilled coffee dried in on the sinks and loads of big stains everywhere. Food was not good. But bar staff where brilliant.

Hotel seemed lovely, room was okay bit disappointing for a Junior Suite, bathroom was stunning though.

The morning reception staff member was incredibly rude, our breakfast order was taken from our door but never delivered to the kitchen, when we called to enquire about it the staff member was unhelpful and hung up on us. We were told to wait two hours until lunch orders opened up despite the hotel advertising 24hr room service available. We booked in our time slots for the pool however no notice was given that swimming lessons were taking place during that time so the pool was not free but also there were many children, including young boys up to the age of 10/11 in the woman’s changing rooms and when there are no cubicles provided and the toilet area is out of order this makes for a very uncomfortable changing area for two adult women. All of this was brought to the staffs attention when we were checking out and we were promised that a manager would contact me with regards to this, it has been a week since we checked out and no contact has been made showing blatant disregard for the experience of a customer.

Breakfast wasn't included in the price but we purchased it anyway and it was good albeit a little expensive.

The breakfast was diabolical. Staff were rude and helpful. When had ordered a toastie for lunch and had asked after 45 mins was told there was a backlog. Asked to cancel order I was gping to leave to head for food I was met with well the manger won't give you money back. He came down then to tell me my food was left at bar . Even though was table service and reluctantly refunded me with a severe attitude. Awful shame the staff let here down.
