Hipotels Don Juan

The hotel was well eqipped, gym, massages, restaurant, bar, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, it was just few metres from the beach/sea, great located, the range of offer for the breakfast was wide and the food was tasteful. Despite it's a large hotel, which consist of two separate buildings, it is quiet; the vast majority of guests were older couples. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the beds are comfortable.

The approach of some of the restaurant and bar staff. When we were in the hotel bar and wanted to order a food (the restaurant tables were directly next to the bar area), they told us it's not possible. When we went to the restaurant (which was fully booked), we decided to order take away and wait in the meantime by the bar table. At the moment they brought us the food, they told us to leave (even that our drinks were not drank yet) as it's not possible to have a food in the bar area (we did not eat eat, we had it to take it away on the room then), but at least they allowed us to take away also the drinks. So we had to leave the bar. The next day we wanted to order room service for the food on the room, but it was told us that there is no room service at all. So we called to the restaurant that we will order take away and will come for the food downstairs to the restaurant to take it away and they told us that it's not possible (even that the evening before it was). Also not all the staff understand English, and they prefer to speak Spanish, which we don't speak. Who was amazing, was the receptionist Erika, that was very kind and helpful person, all the time in positive attitude. She was such well organized and capable, that this person should be the manager of the hotel.

Excellent location! Right in front of the beach, in an amazing place, with lots of restaurants and shops, quite nice to take a walk in the evening for example. The breakfast was amazing. There is also a pool with a nice bar at the hotel. The cleaning service is perfect! It was a great stay for me and my family.

There are parties every day at the restaurant in front of the hotel. It might be a little bit noisy. Don't get me wrong, it didn't bothered me at all, but you can hear the music/party even with the windows closed. Also, there is no parking in the hotel, the closest free parking is 5 minutes walking from there, so not so convenient.
