The location of the hotel close to the beach, the breakfasts were not exceptional.

Accommodation of a family of 4 in a room for 2 people is a big mistake, the photos of the hotel are from 10 years ago. No fridge, WiFi not working properly, very small balcony, Hotel parking does not exist. Husband's T-shirt and medicines for the baby were stolen from the room, congratulations on cleaning staff.

The only thing that was good is the hotel was near a beach.

Tbh for us cultured people the food was not cutting it at all, breakfast lunch and dinner was poor - we had all inclusive but the food was not cooked correctly - rice was still grainy - fish still had scales on it & very salty - the polo chicken was decent & the pasta along with the fruits were the only edible things. Forget about anything halal

Staff was very helpful and nice. The ladies in the front desk helped us with everything. Price is fair and the area is very nice. The beach is in front of the hotel and there are a lot of nice restaurants and bars close by with live music. The hotel has live music and offers different activities.

I did not like the times for dinner. Dinner is from 6:30 to 8:30 and we would have dinner at 8:15 but we had to rush eating. Some days we couldn't have some meals because it was too late. The hotel is a bit far from the main cities (Palma 1h, Soller 1h...) On the other side, there are nice beaches near the area.

HOTEL IS CLOSE TO ONE OF THE BEACHES, AROUND THE HOTEL THERE ARE SOME RESTAURANTS AND THE PRICE FOR THE CHOSEN DATES WERE MORE ACCESSIBLE THAN THE OTHER OPTIONS.

Well, I understand that the price was a little lower than the others, but it was expensive too. So talking about my stay I was quite disappointed in general. During the first 3 days of our stay the air conditioning was not working and the reception didn't give us feedback or any other solution, and when we went to talk to a young attendant she was super ironic about that case, as if during the summer the hotel without air conditioning and the room is super hot, and still hearing the noise of people in the pool until 11:00 pm. I believe because of the heat of the rooms. the breakfast was not satisfactory and I didn't feel like eating what was served.

The location was very good, 5min walk to the two nearest beaches. The staff from breakfast and dinner were very nice as well. You have free drinks/coffee during the day/night and they have some days with shows/DJ were you buy a cocktail and get one free.

The variety of food at breakfast and dinner. They have several items to choose from (ham, cheese, break, cookies etc but on the stove part they always hd bacon and fried eggs during one hole week. Keep wishing they made pancakes or something different on the stove. The butter available was aways margarine or unsalted butter. They almost never had available normal butter. The dinner options also didn’t vary a lot and were always similar things if not the same what gets a little bit tiring during a hole week. Hope you try a little more variety compared with some other hotels nearby! :)

The Hotel itself was nice, the room was reasonable, the staff were quite friendly. But as a Solo Traveler, this Hotel was not for me.

The food was OK, not great, and the Drinks were Good, the wine, Beer, spirits except the fizzy drinks machine, this tasted awful. As a solo traveler, there were far too many families with young Children. It was very noisy, and it seems the walls are thin

the hotel is easy to reach by the public bus from the airport. it has good indoor and outdoor swimming pool. the all inclusive meals are good with different varieties and seafood. I booked at the nearby three star of the same group and was promoted to this four star one due to overbooking of the other one. it is a very pleasant experience in general.

occasionally the food and fruits are not always fresh. suggest to cook less each meal and provide fresh ones. the facilities in the room are not up to the standard of a 4 star and quite old.

Regular meals were great. Rooms were comfortable and very spacious and well serviced.

For an all inclusive hotel it was OK, but I would not think it was a 4*. There was not much in the way of snacks available throughout the day.

We were not in the hotel we booked, because it was closed, but we were moved to a hotel next to the first one (hotel chain). The room was big, clean and comfy:) great variety of food (we had all inclusive) and it was all delicious. The staff was very nice and willing to help with anything. Outside Spanish they all speak English and German. If we ever come back, we’d like to come back here, we really enjoyed:)

We kinda missed a toothpaste, and we’d appreciate if there were more cocktails included in the all inclusive (there were only two - piña colada and tequila sunrise)

The food in this hotel is just amazing, never experiences such a huge range of great tasting food. Also the room was very spacious and nice. Drinks and everything was just perfect. Its literally bargain for that price!

The young receptionist didn't know when I asked her that I believe I payed online already. I was afraid I could be charged twice but she just did what she needed to do it ignoring that I have doubts. Thank god online actually they just registered my card.

The hotel is close to the beach and to the shops. Very nice area. Room was nice and clean. They changed the towels every day. Food was good. Staff was very kind! Thank you everything for them :)
