Hotel Caprice Sa Coma Park

It's only a 5-minute walk to the beach, shops, and promenade. There is a bus stop nearby, and finding free parking spaces was very convenient. We are a different kind of travellers who usually prefer to explore, however, it was so pleasant and fun that we ended up staying more of the time in the hotel. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and featured a lovely balcony. While the bathroom isn't brand new, it was large and very well-kept. As for the beds, comfort is always down to personal preference, but we found them comfy and slept great. The AC worked really well, there were plenty of power sockets, and the cleaning service is daily. Contrary to some other reviews, the whole hotel smelled fresh and pleasant, and both the lobby toilets and the pool area were spotless. Providing pool towels free of charge was very convenient. There were plenty of daytime activities, including great options for children. In the evenings, the little ones can enjoy the mini disco, followed by a live show, music, or other entertainment. Special thanks to the three girls from the animation team V, R, and M, who did a fantastic job.The food was delicious with loads of variety. Huge thanks to the chefs and kitchen staff!The outside bar stays open until 23:30, which was the perfect time to wind down with a drink after dinner. Unlimited drinks are included, and the bartenders can even prepare off-menu drinks of your choice. Many thanks to them too for their amazing service and for creating such a great atmosphere. We’d love to come back and highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and family-friendly getaway!

Alojamiento reformado y cómodo. Todo el personal es muy amable, las comidas del buffet están bien y son variadas.

Pedimos picnic para llevarnos dos días, el picnic era un bocadillo de York y una manzana, un día ni siquiera nos dieron una triste botella de agua. Siendo un hotel de 4 estrellas deberían revisar y mejorar muchísimo ese servicio. La animación nocturna no está preparada para españoles, incluso habían dos animadoras francesas que por las tardes juntaban a un grupo de huéspedes franceses en la terraza del bar y hacían actividades, quedando excluidos el resto de huéspedes de otras nacionalidades.

Nuestra estancia ha sido excelente. Queremos destacar especialmente la limpieza, el orden y la amplitud de las instalaciones, todo muy bien cuidado y organizado. Mención especial merece el buffet, que ha sido todo un éxito cada día, con una gran variedad de platos y una cantidad más que suficiente para todos los gustos. La comida ha sido fantástica durante toda nuestra estancia. También queremos destacar las actuaciones y el ambiente que ha habido todos los días, que han contribuido a que nuestra estancia fuera aún más agradable y divertida. Siempre había algo que hacer y disfrutar. En definitiva, una experiencia estupenda, tanto por las instalaciones como por la comida y el entretenimiento. ¡Un hotel totalmente recomendable al que esperamos volver!

Le camere erano molto belle e moderne e la formula all you can eat è molto bella, cibo molto buono e saziante. Personale gentile, simpatico e professionale.

I materassi non erano comodissimi e la porta finestra un po’ dura.
