We had a very nice comfortable room with a lovely view.
The breakfasts were generous in that you could face as much as you liked with a good variety of cereals, yoghurt, cheese, ham, and a hot section with scrambled egg, boiled eggs and bacon.
Our bathroom was cleaned every day and the bed remade.
A new room card key system was put in place while we were there and some of the staff were not familiar with how to help out when problems arose.
The breakfast bread and croissants were a bit variable.

Personal spricht schlecht deutsch .

The location is lovely, around 10 km above Innsbruck, idyllically rural. The hotel, however, is rather tired. Nice large rooms, adequate bathroom (albeit with lots of broken tiles) and new dining area. Perfectly fine for a cheap, overnight stay.
Breakfast could be a bit more varied and fresher. The bircher meusli was a fizzy mass of fermenting joghurt and the Liptauer spread was definitely 'on the turn.' On being told that it should be removed from the buffet incase other guests actually ate it, the waitress, quite frankly, didn't give a damn. The poor lamb was not enjoying life last Sunday morning and it showed.
