Fabulous location
Beautiful building & grounds
Fabulous restaurant
Nice staff, especially in restaurant and at breakfast.
Its tired inside the chateau & sadly doesn't quite live up to the beautiful grounds & exterior.
Mismatched and very basic bedrooms.
Given it has spa in the title, we went expecting some spa facilities but unfortunately nothing was available. They did "rent" us pool towels (€4 each) but neglected to give us the pool area entry code (we had to go back for this) or tell us the pool was freezing, not heated. It was such a shame as the weather was perfect for a swim/hot tub and lounging by the pool on the sun loungers. It has huge potential and could have been so much nicer with a little more effort.

We were in the top turret bedroom with gorgeous personal roof terrace above delightful bathroom. Good restaurant too.

The room was comfortable. Bathroom was basic, no shower screen over the bath and the plug didn’t fit, so you couldn’t fill the bath. The evening meal was excellent in a spledid setting. The chateau is impressive and in lovely countryside.
No tea and coffee facilities in the room. Bathroom very basic.

The location and grounds were lovely. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot.
We thought we were staying in the chateaux but ended up in the gate house. There was no heating in the house so it was very cold.
