Location was ideal, breakfast was very nice and in a pleasant surrounding; the room was comfortable with a nice balcony. The air conditioning worked very well, and the bed was comfortable.
There were several areas of mold in the tile in the shower.
The lobby only being open until 5 was inconvenient because we needed to check luggage for a late departure, but I understand the difficulty in hiring staff to work late.

Excellent people, very attentive to your needs and always available to talk.
The breakfast was very good with a lot of options.
Although everything was extremely clean and tidy, The room had carpet, and it looked dirty with visible stains on it.

The personnel is extremely helpful and polite, eager to help in any way possible. The location is also very comfy. The room was spotless.
The room was lacking even a small fridge, so it was rather annoying, that we couldn't buy anything that expires quickly

Breakfast was good (a little meat heavy, but ok), location is great, right by the tram stop and the centre of Blasewitz (Schillerplatz).

The staff were so kind, helpful and professional. The room was a good temperature and the bed was comfy.

The location is great for access to local cafes and restaurants as well as excellent public transport links.
The room was very basic - no tea and coffee facilities etc. The mattress was quite hard but I’m coming to see this is normal for hotels in Germany?

The location is fantastic! The bed was comfortable and the food good. Bathrooms were clean and staff attentive.
The room was a bit stuffy and the chair in our room was shedding its upholstery which left flecks over our cloths.

I love the location of the hotel, very convenient. It also has parking place on the street around. It is also next to Elbe so we can enjoy walking or running as well.

Very close to shops and restaurants, perfect for an overnight stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced secure parking.
Beds were a bit hard, bathroom a bit too small, breakfast underwhelming for the price.
