Amazing staff. Sébastien was great. Lovely location near NymphenBurg and Hirschgarten with easy access on tram to Munich centre.
No tea/coffee in room.

The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The mini bar reasonably priced
One of the bottles from the mini bar had been opened and half drunk, the photos are misleading showing balconies and bath tubs yet none of the rooms had a bath tub and very few rooms had balconies. We had requested both on booking but our request was ignored. The reception closed at 4pm which, after which only a lock box is available but not good for tourists.
