Nice hotel in the center of the city, and very near to the bus terminal, which was giiod to me, as I had to attend a conference at the University. My room was wide and comfortable; the only problem, it was on top of a flight of stairs, which was a problem with the trolley. The breakfast had a wide and tasty selection. There was a service of bike renting, that I could not use because I was there for work, and it was only for days and half days.
I did not like the heavy blanket on the bed, even if it was still hot, but this is a general habit and not specific to the hotel. A lighter blanket would have been appreciated. They could rent the bikes hourly; I would have taken one.

Very comfortable bed. Spotless room.
Very close to bus stops for lake, railway station etc, also to town sights, grocery store (closed Sunday), multiple eating places. Better located for easy transport links than many other places in Klagenfurt.
Ask for the (free) Worthersee card at reception, it gets you discounts.
No view - the room has a view onto an inner courtyard, that's all.
Like many Austrian hotels, just a coffee maker, no kettle.
So repeated small cups of hot water needed to make a cup of tea (own teabags!).
Upstairs in the relax zone there was a kettle though.
We'd definitely stay again despite the above minor matters.
