The breakfast was excellent.
The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.
We enjoyed to talk to our hosts who were kind and communicative.
The beautiful garden was another place to relax.

Very hospitable. I felt at home and welcome. Beautiful location next to nature. Very good bed and nice decorated. It is indeed a small hotel as the name says.

Very nice breakfast. Rooms were okay and quiet. Location close to Ski dome and Heide Park.
The male owner of the hotel was very nice and pleasant and tried to find solutions to problems, very nice attitude.
The other owner of the hotel was quite the opposite; 'poor' attitude, no service-minded-ness, refused simple requests. It felt like she didn't want customers.

Nice couple that runs the place, good location close to Lüneburger Heide, good breakfast.
They should fix the net on the qindows so the bugs don't get in the room. They should also get light bulbs with a higher wattage for the room, it was a bit dark, especially at the entrance.
