Loved everything about my stay! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay extra special, and they were super helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is immaculate, stylish, comfortable, quiet and has everything you need. Mumbai was hot, busy and noisy and coming back here each evening felt like coming back to a spa - it was bliss. I particularly loved the view from my ocean view room - I highly recommend going for one with a sea view! And the pool was an absolute highlight - perfect for cooling off after a long day or starting the day with a refreshing swim, it was a luxurious addition that also had amazing views across the city. The location was also really unbeatable - a really smart area that was easy to get to and from, and while you don’t actually need to leave the hotel, (there’s even a pharmacy!) there is a supermarket, pharmacy and some good lunch places within walking distance - and Churchgate also walkable. If I was coming back to Mumbai anytime soon, I’d book this instantly! And will recommend it to everyone :)

Excellent location, great breakfast, very good service, beautiful views, and excellent facilities. Overall, everything was very well maintained and we really enjoyed our stay.
The only thing we didn’t find very comfortable was the mattress. It could be improved to make the sleeping experience better.
