Nice room, great breakfast and helpful staff

Everything! The staff was exceptionally helpful and nice. The spa and the outdoor pool was very clean and nice.

Lovely view of the lake, very friendly staff, excellent food.

€10 parking a night seems unfair as the property is pretty unreachable without a car and the only thing up there is the hotel so to charge guests to park in the hotel car park is crazy. Pool was lovely but constantly had wasps and bugs floating in it which was a bit off putting. Needed netting more regularly . We had a booking for outdoor hot tub but it was so full of dirt and bugs we skipped it. Rooms dated and tired which need some maintenance

Unbeatable views over Lake Garda, beautiful pool area, clean and modern rooms, nice range of food for breakfast and we were given breakfast bags on our last day when we had to check-out early for our flight.

It felt like any opportunity they had to charge extra, they did - from water in the rooms to a €10 per day car parking fee which I would understand if the hotel was based in a busy city but this was almost as remote as it gets. Underwhelming on entrance. While generally the ladies behind the reception desk were friendly, all other staff did not ever seem particularly happy to see us. Many times when passing the outside bar / cafe area, they were just sat there on their phones, chatting or smoking. Plates weren’t cleared at breakfast until after we’d left. While in theory it had great facilities, the dial to the outdoor sauna was worn and broken, and the pool temperature was freezing. Another guest told us that one of two hot tubs was also cold on one of the days. We did not see the indoor facilities so can’t comment on those. Our stay was not improved by the room we were put in - right next to the reception desk and a ‘mountain view’ was basically a ‘car park view’.
