Hotel Eden

Nada

Posizione buona. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Hanno offerto bottiglie di acqua gratuite

Camera molto piccola. La presenza di un terzo letto rendeva impossibile muoversi. Buona giusto per dormire. Letto non comodissimo. Offre servizio di deposito bagagli non custodito. Niente impediva a noi di prendere i bagagli di altri o viceversa

+ Central location + Spacious room + Nice people on reception + On the ground floor, there's a fridge with water that you can buy when needed

The AC was clearly doing its best, but (during a heatwave) it still got somewhat hot in the room

The staff was very friendly and helpful, some of the nicest people we had the pleasure of meeting. The hotel was clean. We reserved a room for 4, it felt a bit cramped, but glad to have gotten a room for all of us to be in. It was within walking distanced of the train station and the Duomo, which was a plus.

The area surrounding the hotel felt a bit uneasy for us. While walking from the train station, we passed some graffiti on a nearby building with political messaging that reflected current global tensions, "death to america," which gave us a sense of unease. As a mother traveling with my daughters, safety is a top priority, so this influenced our overall impression, even while recognizing that such expressions don’t reflect the views or experiences of everyone in the area.
