It was very central and exactly right for what o needed (a quiet, clean place to sleep during a business trip).
It didn’t affect me much, but the elevator is tiny.

Property manager was very attentive and helpful. Property was close to Santa Maria Novella train station and all major attractions. We didn’t hear street voice at all. Our room was spacious and very clean.
