Hotel Johanna mitten im Ötztal

Freundliches Personal, tolle moderne Zimmer,, alles sauber und gutes Essen, was will man mehr?

Very nice hotel with a modern and warm interior design. The spa area is new and pretty, with complementary fruit and water. Breakfast was good, and the complimentary welcome drink was a very nice surprise.

We stayed there at the end of August and were provided with a flat sheet and a small blanket instead of a duvet. When we asked for a duvet (at around 9:30 p.m., when we knew what the room temperature would be during the night) it seemed like a big deal. We got the duvet within 10 minutes, but we felt awkward having asked for it as we were told that we should have informed the hotel earlier and that the maid had completed her shift for the day already. A simple fix would be to communicate until when a duvet can be requested or to leave a spare duvet in the wardrobe in case guests feel cold.

Frühstücksbuffet hervorragend, alles was das Herz begehrt vorhanden.
