Zodiac Hotel Apartments

Great location, clean and spacious apartment

No safe, AC unit in kitchen/living area was not working, shower had low pressure and could benefit from a renovation, no utensils in kitchen. Cleaning lady was rude on the last day and wanted us out asap although we did not overstay beyond check out time.

Location perfect.

Lighting in the corridor/stairs was nonexistent.

Top location! Close to everything,

Need a bit renovation, otherwise good value for money.

The best part of this apart hotel was the location, which was close to the beach, restaurants, city center etc.

1. NOISE! There's a bar downstairs right under our window where the awful noise didn't stop till 3 am and later. It literally destroyed our rest. 2. Room wasn't properly cleaned when we checked in, there were cut beard hair in the sink, basically nothing was washed and cleaned. Even there was a spoon in bathroom sink. The room service also wasn't full. The cleaning lady was changing only one towel, didn't clean the floor at all, only toilet. 3. The view wasn't what it was shown for our selected room. 4. Balcony was extremely dirty and seems it was never cleaned. 5. There is a little kitchen, but there was literally no dish except a couple of dirty glasses and unwashed spoons. There is a stove but what can we do with it? If there's not even a pan.
