Beautiful garden, friendly staff and cool coffee shop.
The suites/villa type rooms are the older rooms. We ended up upgrading for the little bit extra cost for a room in the main hotel. They are more modern.

Amazing view from the balcony and beautiful lush green manicured garden. Massive swimming pool. Tasty breakfast and polite friendly staff but slow to response. The hotel is outdated but I can see they are working on it. Very spacious room.
No aircond and No mini fridge to keep our bottle water/juice cool and fresh. Berastagi is a cooler climate flower town between Mt Sinabung and Mt Sibayak.. Overall our family of 13 enjoyed the stay.
Not much. Just need updating the whole resort.
