Location - center of old Town. Very friendly service at the reception.
The hotel lacked an elevator; hauling luggage up to the third floor isn't exactly inspiring.

Good location inside the citadel with a great medieval vibe. The property feels like a vintage hotel or art museum, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is great.
The listing states "Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed)," but the hotel is inside the citadel and has no parking. We had to use a paid public lot outside the citadel and walk several hundred meters uphill. It was fine for us, but the description should be corrected for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

Well located inside the old town = fortified hill.
Simple but ok breakfast
Large clean and comfortable bedroom
Could do with more lighting in the stairways and bedroom.
