I had a 2 floor room which was more than I booked so think I was upgraded which was nice. I loved the room upstairs with the little windows overlooking the city. Shower was really powerful and hot which was great after a day of trekking. The bed was really comfy. Great location close to the square and many cafes, bars and restaurants.

Incredible “hostel” that felt more like a high end hotel. Great feel with the Spanish architecture which you get to experience in the community plaza and rooms. Much appreciated spacious room and private bathroom after staying in some traditional hostels the nights before. Definitely one of the best options we found for the price in Cusco.
The room we were provided had a street like pointed directly into our window, so if we didn’t have sleep masks it would have been a very poor night of sleep.

Receptionists are so helpful.
Wifi does not work in the rooms just around the reception.
Cleaning staff starts to chat loudly at 6.00 am. Even ı warned them they continued to be loud the next morning and the next..
