Wonderful property with beyond helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast, food and drinks. Hotel provided is free luggage storage when we went to Machu Picchu.
Our third floor room’s window open up to a bunch of AC vents directly pointing at our room. The exhaust and the evening cooking fumes came into our room if we had our window open in the afternoon. The staff should warn guests about the effect of drinking coco leaf tea at night - you won’t be able to sleep!

The staff are exceedingly kind and helpful. I developed a significant respiratory infection, the staff provided enormous support by calling a doctor and supplying me with oxygen the entire night. My oxygen saturation dropped to 74%. I couldn't be more grateful and don't know what would have happened without their support.
The hotel is amazing and historic very clise to the plaza de Armas. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
Their breakfast is excellent.

Hotel in centro, molto comodo. Belle le aree comuni. Colazione varia.
Camera non all’altezza di un 4 stelle, piccola e angusta e con affacciato su cavedio con odore di cibo. Bagno da tre stelle con vasca e tenda. Staff scortese, eccessivo servilismo che poi non si è tradotto in un concreto aiuto: non sono stato bene e alla richiesta di prolungare il check out ci è stata concessa solo un’ora in più con supponenza. Disorganizzati nella gestione delle valigie al check out, sempre con molta poca cortesia e supponenza.
