El hotel cumple con lo que ofrece.
Tiene un precio algo elevado para lo que ofrece, al menos por ese precio debería incluir el desayuno. Por otro lado se recomienda mejorar el aseo de las habitaciones.

Me gustó mucho la relación que tiene entorno a la calidad-precio, a pesar que no era mi opción de alojamiento, debido a una cancelación en otro hotel, cuando encontré este hotel el recepcionista Jose Luis me dió toda la atención a pesar de ser horas de la madrugada y de lo cual agradezco infinitamente.
Sin duda alguna si algún día regreso a Bogotá, este seria mi primer opción.
Todo me gusto, la amabilidad, las instalaciones, el café del piso 1, etc.
Lo único que recomendaría es que las ventanas fuesen de vidrio anti ruido ya que el ruido de la calle si puede afectar la calidad del sueño, pero aún así, mi instancia fue perfecta.

* one word to describe the hotel is, it's unpretentious, honest
* everything about the hotel - the room, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the service - is decent; not the best, but quite all right
* it is hard to find any fault with anything related to the hotel - the location, the size, housekeeping, front desk, the food.. anything
this is a budget hotel, so be prepared for smaller sized rooms and cramped spaces

La infraestructura de las habitaciones son buenas, tiene buen Confort, se puede descansar, la cama super comoda.
Que el desayuno no venia incluido dentro de la reserva, pero es un buen desayuno a un buen precio.

The room was a nice size and comfortable. When I arrived I didn't know where I could go to get some food and a staff member was very nice and guided me to a place where I could get what I wanted.
The free coffee was a nice touch but the hot water was always cold and I had to constantly ask for it to be heated up and then wait for a long time when the staff remembered I had requested it. The breakfast was very limited particularly for people who are vegan.
The eating options in the imnmediate área are limited too. Not many healthy options around.

It was very clean
I was in a room that near street, it was noisy. So I asked them to change my room, and they changed my room. I recommend the inside room. It was silent

We were given a room with a view of the street which we loved. The location was marvelous. As we hadn't expected to be in Bogota, the first day we walked north on the commercial street and found a perfect jacket and shoes right there. There were so many great cheap restaurants around that we didn't even have breakfast at the hotel although the breakfast room looked nice.

Very clean hotel, friendly and accommodative personal, location is nice, actually whole the atmosphere was pleasant
Personal doesn't speak English but we could understand each other 😅
When rainy outside (it's raining often) the noise in room is terrible (I guess because of the window construction)

The soap dispenser was empty in the shower and the bed light wasn’t working. But overall it’s a good accommodation.

The staff was super nice and the location is perfect.
Bedroom faced the breakfast area and there were no good blinds so there was no privacy. Windows would let noise through, earplugs advisable
