Location of the hotel is perfect - within walking distance to major tourist sites, to public transportation, and to many restaurants/cafes, and shopping galore.
Hotel facilities are impressive - beautiful and inviting lobby, a rooftop with amazing views, sizable room with such a comfortable bed, and pleasing decor including the bathroom.
The cherry on the cake is the staff - they genuinely display efficient and effective customer service. The moment I checked in at the crack of dawn I knew I had made the right choice. Every interaction with any of the staff over my 9-night stay was top notch. They all score 120% in my book when it comes to hospitality. Looking forward to an encore next year :-)

The service from the staff
The view of the railway yards, the pretty basic room, the fact that it was a Halal hotel and to get a bottle of wine I had to walk to the off-licence around the corner. It wasn't clear that this was the case
