The facilities were great and room was a good size
Unfortunately the pick up shuttle driver was 40 min late and no one took responsibility. We asked for a drying rack on our first evening and they assured us one would be delivered by staff the next morning. It did not arrive so went back to front desk who assured it would be delivered in 15 minutes. 3 hours later it still had not arrive. Please don’t make promises you can’t keep

Beautiful room with little private plunge pool, and two big pools for all guests and the beach in front of the complex. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety, and many different nice restaurants within walking distance on the road next to the beach. Staff is very kind and helpful, especially Giorgos in the restaurant. Nobody put towels to 'reserve' sunbeds. They treat the many (stray) cats in the area well, and thankfully did not mind if people fed them in the restaurant.
Paying guests of the hotel should not have to pay for sunbeds & umbrella on the beach. As it is a public beach, they should only charge people who don't stay there.

Everything was classy. Breakfast amazing with lots of fresh fruits and locally made specialties. The staff is over the top. Best beach beds. Free pick up and delivery to ferry. Location near best beaches with many amazing restaurants

Great location !
We got water the first day in the room we had to buy it after that , spa on the balcony was not clean hairs in it and a scum mark , caters for its German contingent , very poor coffee at breakfast no milk provided in the room
