Staff couldn't do enough for us. Room was clean and comfortable but they need to add a mirror. There was only a tiny one in the bathroom which was so high up on the wall I couldn't use it. Food was very good.
We would certainly stay there again.

A lovely comfortable hotel; food was excellent both breakfast and dinner, had dinner at the hotel on both nights of my stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would for sure stay there again..

It was close to town center
Room 3 in windy ridge was run down. Chipped and stained skirting boards, grubby walls. Also ensuite was more a wash room with toilet sink and shower. Even hours after having shower, the whole bathroom area was still soaking. Got feet and trousers wet every time we wanted to use toilet. Blinds were difficult to close, tv was hard to work and the shower took forever to heat up and kept going freezing cold. Have stayed in room 5 before which was amazing. Room 3 was a let down.
