The location, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
My shower was difficult to work.

Most of the staff were great. There is a lift which is helpful. Fantastic views from this elevated position. Priced well.
The breakfast was poor. A cold fry up isn’t a good start to the day. We ate at a cafe in the village. The hotel is shabby without the chic!

The location and history to the facility
Black mold in the bathroom and the musky damp smell. had to leave on the ventilation in the bathroom on all night and day. Left the window open just to keep it tolerable.
