Staff molto cordiale, struttura molto accogliente con camere rivestite in legno. Posizione centrale vicino alla stazione, parcheggio a disposizione.

Personal, very attentive, parking comfortable, and breakfast with regional and high-quality products.
All in one great, Arosa has cool weather but if it changes to hot, then Aircon is needed.

Our room was comfortable and had a great view and spacious balcony. The bathroom was large and well appointed; great shower! It was quiet and restful, despite the fact that the hotel was at capacity. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the staff friendly and knowledgable. We were skiing, and found the location to be extremely convenient. We skied right off the mountain to the door of the ski room, and the tram was a 2 minute walk from the front door. We didn't want to leave!
Can't think of a single negative comment. The hotel was exactly as advertised and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Good central location.
Building work nearby was noisy until late and from early on.
No breakfast buffet due to Covid and so choices nd amount limited.
No refrigerator in room.
